Nightpool poked her silky head out of the warrior's den, her black body following. In fact, the she-cat was black all over except for her white socks and muzzle, as well as her crystal green eyes. The she-cat was having trouble sleeping, as usual, and she stood at the base of the highrock, waiting to join the dawn patrol which would no doubt leave sometime soon.

"Sandshadow," called Blackstar, leaping down from his place on the highbranch and padding towards the warrior. "Mind setting a hunting patrol, we're running low on fresh-kill. Swanpaw's free." The leader of Shadowclan usually did not get together patrols and such, but Shadowclan had no deputy [which Blackstar was fine with, even if it did anger Starclan] and so he did these things himself. The darkgray, thick-furred tom felt this also brought him closer to his warriors, which was the best way to get allegiance.

Apple could hear other cats, "Who's there..?" She whispered and slowly padded along the gates, it smelled of cats, fresh. "This must be another clan..." Apple tripped and splashed into a small pond, Oh mouse dung! They really know Im here now!

Apple looked around, then stood up and shook the water off. She walked back to ThunderClan territory and called, "IceClaw! Where are you?"

IceClaw dropped a vole in the fresh-kill pile. "IceClaw!!" FireStar called.
"Yes?"
"Come into my den please."
"Alright.." IceClaw followed.
"What did you find on your hunt?"
"Oh! I found a vole.. and a kittypet..."
FireStar brightend a bit, "Well, you and I will go find this kittypet and talk to it."
IceClaw nodded and left, FireStar following.
"IceClaw!" Apple called again, then stopped when she heard the brambles rustle.
"Hello there." FireStar dipped his head in greeting.
"Uhmm... You know what... I should leave.." Apple backed away.
IceClaw shook her head.
FireStar stepped forward, "Well... I was going to ask if you have any experience."
"Oh!! I do! I know how to hunt very well." Apple's tail curled in excitment.
"Good. WHy dont you come back to the clearing with me and we will talk in my den."
"Uhm.. Okay." Apple smiled and walked beside FireStar, back into the clearing. Now everyone was staring at her. Some hissing and spitting.

Tygar could smell other cats but continued on through the trees regardless, he was bold and brave and often got into trouble but he also had the sly mind of a fox, that usually got him out of it again.

IceClaw heard rustling in the trees. "FireStar, Im going on another hunt."
FireStar nodded and stepped inside his den.
IceClaw slowly followed the scent now, Another cat!? She jumped up a large rock and looked around, she saw a tail disappear. IceClaw jumped off the rock and silently followed. She crept around other trees and jumped in front of him, "WHat are you doing in ThunderClan's territory!?" She hissed.
Maypaw was running around in the ThunderClan camp, he decided to go find her mentor. "IceClaaw!" he called. Maypaw could smell a fresh scent, he ran towards it, accidentally bumping into Tygar.

Nightpool watched as Firestar returned without Iceclaw, but a kittypet.
"Firestar, who is this?" she asked curiously, padding along beside him.

"this is.. Apple. She was found in our territory. Im going to talk t o her in my den. You can stand gaurd outside if you would like." FireStar nodded his head. He walked into the den and layed down.
Apple sat in front of him, "Alright, what do I have to do?"
FireStar spoke, "You will recieve your name just as anyother warrior. But you have to earn it. I will let you do warrior jobs, since you seem to have experience."
Apple smiled, "So waht dpo warriors do?"
"Well.. They hunt, go on border patrols, go to gatherings. A lot." FireStar smiled, "But first, you will start out with having a mentor. You seem to be pretty young."

Nightpool heard what was happening in the den and poked her head in.
"A KITTYPET? Be a warrior?" She herself was clanborn, but her great great grandmother had been a kittypet, and although she prided herself as being both, she didn't like the looks of this Apple.

Tygar chuckled at the hissing cat in front of him and the other, smaller cat that was foolish to run straight into him. The big tom leaped over the cat barring his path with a confident smirk and continued onwards at his usual speed and agility through the boughs and branches of trees, straight towards Shadowclan's territory

FireStar narrowed his eyes, "If I was older, BlueStar still would have let me in."
"Well... if Im any trouble.. I'll leave.."Apple messed with her tail shyly.
